Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and supervision of civil and structural engineering works across a range of projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare detailed design documentation for civil and structural engineering projects to meet project requirements
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external clients to facilitate project success
- Liaise effectively with local authorities to ensure design compliance and smooth approval processes
- Coordinate and support office staff to enhance team collaboration and project delivery
- Follow established procedures and instructions from the Project Lead to complete design tasks accurately and on time
- Adhere to project quality system requirements as outlined in the Project Quality Plan to maintain high standards
- Identify and report any non-conformances with the quality system promptly to the Project Lead for corrective action
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Proficient experience and strong knowledge in design software and design standards relevant to civil and structural engineering projects
