Job Description & Requirements
- Manage the production team to ensure consistent output and quality
- Study on overall production, process and operations tom improve the effective use of material, equipment and other resources
- Compile data and generate technical reports for management review
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and training to workers, technicians and other production personnel
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to work independent in a fast environment
