About the Role
Physician Opportunity – Immigration Medical Exams (I-693) - Passport Health is seeking a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon (or physicians eligible and willing to obtain designation) to support our clinic in Cincinnati. This is a low-volume, high-impact clinical role ideal for experienced physicians looking to supplement their practice with flexible, predictable work without the demands of traditional primary care or hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform immigration physical examinations in-clinic
- Review and certify Form I-693 and supporting documentation

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted OH medical license
- Current USCIS Civil Surgeon designation OR willingness to obtain
- Minimum 4+ years of clinical experience
- Active DEA registration (if applicable)
