Job Summary

We invite applications from experienced Quantity Surveyors with civil construction experience to join our project team in Singapore. The role focuses on cost estimation, budget monitoring, contract administration, and commercial coordination to ensure effective financial management of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and cost reports.
• Review subcontractor quotations, variations, and claims.
• Perform quantity measurements and prepare progress claims and final accounts.
• Assist with contract negotiations and contractual administration.
• Monitor project costs, track budget performance, and recommend cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on contractual, payment, and commercial matters.
