CJA Technical Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a CJA Technical Consultant with strong experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to design, configure, implement, and support analytics solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, data ingestion, datasets, data views, connections, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions based on business and analytics requirements.
• Configure CJA Connections, Data Views, Components, Metrics, Dimensions, and Filters.
• Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) datasets and schemas.
• Understand and work with XDM schemas and customer/event data.
• Configure data ingestion from different sources into Adobe Experience Platform.
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation between source systems and CJA.
• Create and maintain CJA Workspace projects and analytics dashboards.
• Work with Adobe Analytics, AEP, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions where required.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, architects, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, configuration, and reporting issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and solution designs.
