CJE&A AI Hub Data Analytics Lead

The Data Analyst / Analytics Lead enables the function to see clearly, decide faster, and measure impact by turning data into decision‑ready insights and value evidence.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver decision‑ready dashboards supporting key management and operational decisions
• Ensure dashboards are embedded in regular decision routines (reviews, committees, performance tracking)
• Produce before / after impact measurements for AI and transformation initiatives
• Track adoption and performance indicators linked to AI use cases
• Ensure consistent interpretation of KPIs and results across the function

What this role is not:

• Not a technical data platform role
• Not a local BI factory

Profile:

• Strong experience in business analytics, performance management, or reporting
• Ability to explain insights clearly to non‑technical audiences
• Strong analytical thinking and storytelling skills
