Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property and casualty claims, and will be responsible for evaluating insurance claims to determine the extent of the insurance company's liability. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and assess property and casualty claims by gathering relevant information and documentation. - Analyze claims to determine coverage and liability, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other parties involved to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status. - Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each claim, outlining findings and recommendations. - Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims issues. - Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure timely processing of claims payments. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of property and casualty insurance claims processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims simultaneously. - Proficiency in using claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
