About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. You will be managing customer claims and dispute resolution activities across the Order-to-Cash process. The role is responsible for ensuring timely claims settlement, minimizing aged deductions, improving cash recovery, and supporting strong customer relationships.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Validate, investigate, and process customer claims accurately and within agreed timelines.

  • Manage customer disputes and deductions through to resolution and settlement.

  • Monitor and reduce aged claims through proactive follow-up and issue resolution.

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and customers to resolve claims efficiently.

  • Analyze claims trends and identify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and audit requirements.

  • Support reporting, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Other ad-hoc activities

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Claims Management, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Credit Management, or Customer Operations.

  • Experience handling customer deductions, trade claims, promotions, rebates, and pricing claims.

  • FMCG experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive issue resolution.
