Claims - Field Claims Representative

JOB PURPOSE: The Field Claims Representative is responsible for providing prompt and professional claims service. Investigating property claims, making coverage decisions, estimating damages, and providing detailed explanations to all involved parties. The FCR is expected to comply with departmental best practices and reference guidelines on each assignment.
