Job requirements
- EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical mega project experience ($1Bln+).
- Minimum 10 years hands-on EPC claims management experience (major contractor or operator).
- Extensive knowledge of FIDIC based contracts.
- Track record of defending high value claims, including ability to compile counter-claims.
- A self-starter who can collect all required information from the project team, organize it and create persuasive contractual arguments in a written document.
- Familiarity with extension of time entitlement and an understanding of critical path analysis.
- Articulate in both written and verbal English. Team player.
