Claims Support Professional - Bilingual (SPANISH)
Location: Plantation, FL
Salary Range: $44,000 to 46,000 annually (DOE).
Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM M-F & rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What You Will Do:
- Accurately execute sensitive clerical tasks on time.
- Manage customers/claimants in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment with professionalism.
- Accurately input notes/information into systems.
- Prepare written correspondence.
- Process payments, letters, reports, and other information.
- Provide support to an assigned group of adjusters or underwriters.
- Other duties as assigned
