About the Role

Moments Logistics Pte. Ltd. is looking for responsible and reliable Class 3 Delivery Drivers to join our growing logistics operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out daily delivery and collection activities, ensuring parcels and goods are handled safely and delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company-assigned Class 3 vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Carry out daily parcel and goods delivery according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Load, unload and properly handle parcels and goods.
• Check parcel quantities and delivery information before and during delivery.
• Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed within the required timeline.
• Update delivery status accurately using the company's mobile application/system.
• Maintain proper delivery records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers during delivery.
• Report any failed deliveries, discrepancies, delays or operational issues promptly.
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow company SOPs, traffic regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with other logistics and operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Previous delivery or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations.
• Good driving and safety awareness.
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels and goods.
• Able to use smartphones and delivery applications.
• Responsible, punctual and dependable.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned routes.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
