Job Summary
Drive a 24ft truck with tailgate to transport goods between locations while performing daily vehicle checks and simple stock verification. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely deliveries and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
Responsibilities
- Perform simple stock checks on goods loaded on the lorry to verify inventory accuracy
- Drive a 24ft truck with tailgate safely between designated points (Point A → Point B → back to Point A)
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections including cleanliness and checklist updates to ensure vehicle readiness
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth delivery operations
- Carry items weighing up to 20kg when required to assist with loading or unloading
- Navigate Singapore roads efficiently to meet delivery schedules
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 4 driving license (Singapore) to operate the 24ft truck safely
- Communicate in simple English to understand instructions and coordinate with the team
- Be medically fit to perform driving and manual handling tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Reside in the West area of Singapore to facilitate timely reporting and route familiarity
Other Information
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (As & When required for Activation)
- Overtime paid for work beyond scheduled hours
