Job Summary

Drive buses primarily for school and worker trips, including occasional ad hoc assignments, ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus safely and efficiently to transport school children and workers on scheduled routes
• Manage ad hoc driving assignments as required to meet transportation needs
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations during all trips
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition
• Communicate effectively with passengers and supervisors to provide reliable service

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 4 Bus Driver’s Vocational License (BDVL)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of bus driving experience
