Class 5 Driver - Tokoroa

If you are a Class 5 truck driver, with a minimum of 2 years' class 5 driving experience then we have a permanent full-time role that might interest you.

We are currently looking for experienced class 5 drivers for our wet side of the business servicing the meat industry, located in Tokoroa area. Therefore, having experience driving surrounding roads and transporting animal by-products would be advantageous. This role is usually five - six days a week, so flexibility is a must to meet the business requirements.

Ideally, you will have the following:

* A desire to work positively in a team environment.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Class 5 Driver
* Bulk tipping experience (truck and trailer)
* Current, valid Class 5 heavy vehicle license
* Hold an OSH Certified Fork Hoist License
* Knowledge of road safety and compliance
* Must have great health and safety awareness and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
* Excellent customer service
* The ability and willingness to transport animal by-products.
* The experience and ability to drive and competently reverse a truck and trailer curtain slider.
* The ability to drive a Road Ranger Gearbox truck.
* To be able to base yourself in Tokoroa or surrounding districts.
* Able to work both days & nights (shift work).
* The ability to work in New Zealand.
