Pay: $30.50 per hour DOE + Bonus and Commission Opportunities
Schedule: Full-Time | Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week | Three Consecutive Days Off

As a CDL Route Driver, you will manage an established delivery route serving retail and commercial customers throughout the region. You'll safely transport and deliver some of the industry's most recognized beverage brands while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring products are stocked, displayed, and presented to company standards. This role offers variety, independence, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction every day.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, organized, and committed to providing outstanding service. You should be comfortable working independently, managing delivery schedules, and maintaining a professional presence with customers. While most routes are local, occasional travel outside the immediate area may be required based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Deliver beverages to retail, grocery, convenience store, and commercial accounts.
• Merchandise and stock products to maximize product visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Develop positive relationships with store managers and customers.
• Manage route schedules and ensure accurate product deliveries.
• Maintain excellent service standards while representing the Harrington Pepsi brand.

What We're Looking For

A valid Class A CDL, strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a proven commitment to reliability and professionalism. Previous experience in route delivery, beverage distribution, food service delivery, transportation, logistics, trucking, merchandising, or wholesale distribution is highly valued.
