Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Class A CDL Hog Hauling Driver at our Biocenter facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding, County).

$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1,000 at thirty days, $1,000 at sixty days and $1,000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $23.80 /hour
• Increase to $24.30 /hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 4:30am-12:00pm

What You'll Do

• Deliver hogs as scheduled
• Keep all maintenance records
• Assist in flushing/washing/disinfecting trucks and trailers
• Obey all state and federal laws

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record
• 2 years of driving experience preferred
