Cooper Farms is hiring an Over The Road (Regional) Class A CDL Egg Delivery Driver at our Central Egg Processing facility in Coldwater, Ohio (Mercer County).
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: Earn $90,000-$129,000 annually, not including profit-sharing bonuses. Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6505 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 minimum per border crossing and more.
- Potential increase at 90 day
- Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
- Schedule:
- Vary upon travel schedule
- Most runs are within 500-750 miles of CEP
- This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and at least once throughout the week!
What You'll Do
- Safely transport eggs, materials and backhaul products while adhering to all biosecurity practices
- Properly disinfect tractor, trailer, equipment, and boots.
- Complete daily driver inspection reports and proper paperwork
- Comply with e-log regulations
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record
- 2 years of driving experience required
