Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Class A CDL Poult Delivery Driver at our facility in Oakwood, Ohio (Paulding County).
$$ 3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$
(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $24.80/hour
- Increase to $25.30/hour after 90 days
- Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
- Schedule:
- Monday and Thursday 5:00am-2:00pm.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 1:00am-10:00am
- Some Saturdays 1:00am-10:00am. (Candidates must be flexible and willing to work outside of listed hours if need arises).
What You'll Do
- Delivering poults in a timely and professional manner.
- Following all bio-security practices, SOPs, and animal handling guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
- Must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Certification
- 2 years of driving experience preferred
