Class A CDL Eastern Route Driver

A typical week on this fleet covers approximately 2,400–2,500 miles across the eastern U.S. Freight is lightweight and no-touch, drivers are generally out for about 5.5 days, and each week includes a planned 34-hour reset at home.

This is a full-time regional dry van position for experienced Class A CDL drivers who are comfortable operating throughout a multi-state territory.

Freight

This fleet primarily transports lightweight consumer paper products in dry van trailers.

The amount of drop-and-hook activity may vary by route and assignment.

Where You'll Run

Routes operate throughout the eastern United States, including portions of the South and Midwest.

The primary operating territory is east of Interstate 35.

No New York City deliveries.

Specific routes and destinations vary based on freight needs.

Compensation

Mileage Rate: $0.65 CPM
Average Weekly Mileage: Approximately 2,400–2,500 miles
Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,560–$1,625

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model International and Freightliner tractors, primarily model years 2023–2025.

A pet and rider program is available to eligible drivers, subject to applicable program requirements.

Driver Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • At least 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
  • Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
  • Ability to accommodate the regional operating schedule
