Hiring a Portland based local CDL driver to handle local deliveries for a dedicated customer. Delivery area is Southern Washinton & Oregon local area. Load is pre-loaded and delivered to our Portland drop yard for the Portland based driver to pick up and finish the deliveries. Empty trailer is returned to the Portland drop yard.
Hiring a Portland based local CDL driver to handle local deliveries for a dedicated customer. Delivery area is Southern Washinton & Oregon local area. Load is pre-loaded and delivered to our Portland drop yard for the Portland based driver to pick up and finish the deliveries. Empty trailer is returned to the Portland drop yard.
- Home daily
- Schedule is Monday – Friday
- Shift start between 4am – 7am
- Shift length varies w/average shift of 10 hours
- Driving: WA & OR home daily
- All trailers are preloaded and pickup from customer location in Portland. Once trailer is empty, return to customer location to pick up next pre-loaded trailer.
- Driver required to tailgate freight with the help of specialized handling equipment
- Pay range $27.00 - $27.75 (based on prior driving experience)
- Overtime applicable
- Payroll paid weekly
- Driving in day cab (ASSIGNED TRACTOR NO SLIP SEATING)
- Training= 2-3 day ride along training
