Schedule: 5 Days/Week | ~50–55 Hours per Week (Built-in Overtime) | No Overnights | No Weekends

Delivery Area Requirements: Must be able and willing to drive and make deliveries throughout New Jersey and New York, including New York City (Manhattan and the Bronx) and Westchester County.

Position Overview

As a Class B CDL Delivery Driver, your primary duty is to safely transport customer products to their destinations in the New Jersey and New York areas. You will serve as the face of our company, building positive relationships with customers while ensuring accurate, timely, and complete deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Route & Delivery Execution: Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on schedule across NJ/NY routes.
• Load Inspection & Inventory Control: Ensure all cases for your route are loaded and accounted for before departure; re-pick orders in the event of breakage.
• Product Handling: Load and unload goods, operating pallet jacks and using RF Scanners and Wise GPS navigation systems.
• Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer concerns professionally, and log customer contact details as needed.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Check, inspect, and clean the delivery vehicle daily; maintain accurate delivery and mileage logs.
• Route Leadership: Assist with re-assigning routes during call-outs and ensuring route completion before leaving the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensing & Age: Must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old.
• Driving History: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR check will be performed).
• Experience: 3 years’ experience driving commercial vehicles in the New Jersey and New York metro area preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with RF Scanners and GPS navigation systems.
• Work Ethic & Soft Skills: Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, strong multi-tasking skills, and excellent verbal communication.
• Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a standard drug screening.
