Class C Driver

About the role

Do you have experience driving rigid trucks and are you looking for job stability without having to spend nights away from home? At Randstad, we are selecting a versatile Class C Driver for warehouse tasks to join a solid, growing project directly on a permanent contract. You will work on daytime routes from Monday to Friday, always returning home to sleep and becoming part of a close-knit and dynamic team.

What you'll do

• Delivery and distribution of goods (plastic pipes) in a closed truck to industrial estates and customer warehouses in Galicia and bordering areas (maximum Asturias).
• Loading, unloading, and correct stowage of goods, ensuring their integrity during transport.
• Warehouse support tasks during periods without a route.
• Operation of a forklift for the internal movement of loads.

What we're looking for

• Valid Class C driving license, along with up-to-date CAP and digital tachograph card.
• Demonstrable experience in driving rigid trucks and route delivery.
• Proactive and responsible profile.

Nice to have

• Having a forklift license and experience in its operation will be very positively valued.

What you'll get

• Direct hiring with the company on a permanent contract.
• Competitive remuneration of up to €24,000 — gross annual depending on experience provided (under the A Coruña Freight Transport Agreement).

How you'll work

• Working day from Monday to Friday on a split shift: from 8:30 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00 h, guaranteeing weekends off.
• Regional routes that allow you to return to your home daily.
