The position offers dynamic, hands-on experience in special education settings, with opportunities for creative problem-solving and meaningful relationship-building.
Shift-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead Art and PE classes that inspire student engagement and achievement.
- Manage your dedicated classroom space with autonomy and adaptive scheduling based on program needs.
- Create personalized lesson plans using student assessments and data-driven approaches to maximize learning outcomes.
- Utilize advanced data collection systems to track student advancement and inform instructional decisions.
- Provide guidance and professional modeling for classroom assistants while maintaining high standards of practice.
