Classroom/Zoom Manager

Summary

Under direct supervision from assigned CNM Ingenuity Director or Manager, helps with facilitation for the class, either in person or via Zoom, to provide support to course instructors. Specifically performs the following:

• Zoom Manager tasks:
• Set up Zoom session with your CNM Zoom account (this requires an active CNM email account)
• Email sessions recorded link/password to participants
• Actively assist instructor
• Take/track attendance
• Monitor chat
• Set up break out rooms
• Share documents
• Assist instructor and participants with AV
• Input grades and attendance into Lumens
