Description

Role: To lead, teach, inspire and support participating artists of all abilities. Responsibilities include working in the Clayworks artist's studios in both McPherson and Hutchinson, as well as assisting with daily living and interpersonal skills. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, working Monday through Friday.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement Person Centered Support Plans for assigned individuals.
• Lead and assist with creative opportunities at The Clayworks.
• Administer medication and treatments.
• Timely completion of internal documentation.
• Routinely communicate and collaborate with all relevant DSGP team members to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of those we serve.
• Attend all meetings as assigned and required.
• If approved as a driver of company vehicles, employee may engage in transportation of Clayworks artists.
• Other duties as assigned.
