Position Overview
As a Cleaner / Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for performing general commercial cleaning duties in assigned areas. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment for employees and visitors. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, following cleaning schedules, and completing assigned tasks efficiently.
Schedule
- Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Flexible schedule required
- Availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays may be required based on operational needs
- Schedule may vary based on business demands

Key Responsibilities
- Follow daily cleaning assignments and duty schedules
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned areas
- Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- Perform routine commercial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Operate basic cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Use power-washing equipment and hoses as needed
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored after use
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
Required:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable transportation
- Mobile phone capable of using a time-tracking application during shifts
- Strong attendance and dependability record
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Experience operating or using a power washer and hose
- Ability to perform physical tasks including sweeping, mopping, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Preferred:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial facility cleaning experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
