What you will work on
You will own the cleaner-side product experience — the app, the systems, and the strategies that help cleaners succeed. When cleaners succeed, customers get great experiences, and the business grows.
Strategic pillars they'll drive:
- Acquisition, Onboarding & Activation — Build the systems that ensure we have high-quality cleaners everywhere customers need them. Design flows that convert applicants into active, job-ready cleaners efficiently.
- Cleaner Education — Make it clear what it means to succeed on the Homeaglow platform. Develop the tools and touchpoints that set cleaners up to meet and exceed customer expectations from day one.
- Quality Evaluation — Create accurate, scalable systems for measuring cleaner performance. Invest in our best cleaners and part ways with those who won't succeed on the platform.
- Retention & Utilization — Get our best cleaners to take on more jobs. Reduce friction, increase engagement, and make Homeaglow the platform cleaners want to build their business on.
