Cleaning Manager

Job Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across one or more sites to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily cleaning operations across assigned sites.
• Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaners.
• Plan staff rosters and manpower deployment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Liaise with clients and respond to feedback.
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare reports, attendance records, and payroll information.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of NEA licensing requirements, MOM regulations relating to the cleaning industry, cleaning standards, audits, and quality management systems.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Proven experience supervising and managing teams.
• Can independently develop SOPs and governance frameworks
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
