Cleaning Operations Supervisor - Full Time - Days

JOB TITLE: Cleaning Operations Supervisor
CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non-exempt
PROGRAM/DEPARTMENT: Cleaning Services
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Cleaning Services ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure that quality cleaning services are provided to customer by following scope of work, utilizing supplies, equipment, and staff to perform a variety of cleaning tasks; providing direction, guidance and support to employees; performing quality control functions. Responsible for maintaining and managing all inventory, and/or products, including recording new items, within a warehouse or stock room; track products or materials that come into and go out of the inventory via inventory records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education, Training & Experience:High school diploma
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
2-years commercial cleaning experience
1-year supervisory experience
1-year of inventory management responsibilities
Experience operating and maintaining commercial power cleaning equipment
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation

Preferred Education, Training & Experience:
2-years inventory management responsibilities
AAS Degree or combination of college/experience
2-years supervisory experience

Special Skills and Abilities
Ability to provide effective group and individual instruction
Ability to perform physical aspects of position
Ability to safely operate commercial power cleaning equipment
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to understand budgets and processes within
Ability to be a team player

SALARY:
$20-26 per hour based on experience

SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 10am-6:30pm
