Duties
- Direct support to the titular Service Manager.
- Supervision and monitoring of cleaning and auxiliary services.
- Management and coordination of work teams.
- Creation and modification of rosters.
- Resolution of personnel and service incidents.
- Customer and worker service.
- Administrative tasks related to service management.
- Regular use of IT tools, email, and Excel.
