🚆 At Vectalia, we are looking to hire a Cleaning Services Manager to lead the operational management of our cleaning and railway maintenance services.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate the supervisors and team leaders of the assigned services.
• Supervise and direct the activity of the production technicians, guaranteeing the correct functioning of operations.
• Organize human resources and manage rosters, shifts, and the operational needs of the service.
• Supervise the production carried out and guarantee its correct validation and invoicing.
• Guarantee service quality and the fulfillment of commitments made to the client.
• Lead the implementation of new workplaces and new railway services, coordinating the resources necessary for their correct implementation.
• Manage operational incidents and act as the main interlocutor with the client on service matters.
• Prepare budgets for complementary services and improvement proposals.
• Analyze changes in railway traffic and reorganize available resources to ensure service continuity.
• Periodically report the evolution of the operation to the Account Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and established safety standards.
• Drive the digitalization of processes and ensure the correct use and maintenance of the implemented tools.

What we're looking for

• Experience as a Cleaning Services Manager, Facility Services Manager, or similar, with experience in team management, rosters, collective agreements, and service organization.
• We are looking for a person with leadership, organizational capacity, negotiation skills, and incident resolution skills, accustomed to assuming responsibility for complex operations.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Nice to have

• University degree. Engineering will be especially valued, and Industrial Engineering very especially. Vocational training degrees related to electricity or mechanics will also be valued.
• Experience in Facility Services, especially in cleaning services, is desirable.
