Cleaning Supervisor - 2 Month Contract
Contract Type: 2 Month Contract
Location: NCC - Willoughby Primary School, Loughborough, LE12 6SS
Rate: £15.37 per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: 10 Hours Per Week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm - 6:00pm
DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS Required
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to manage the cleaning operations at Willoughby Primary School. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in cleaning supervision who are dedicated to upholding high cleanliness standards and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage cleaning services throughout the school premises.
- Ensure cleaning tasks meet contractual obligations and service standards.
- Provide support and supervision to on-site Cleaning Operatives.
- Monitor cleaning quality and promptly address any issues.
- Ensure safe usage and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain site security, including managing alarm systems and conducting security checks.
- Handle site administration tasks, such as timesheets, holiday records, and Health & Safety documentation.
- Promote adherence to safe working practices and Health & Safety regulations.
- Support the welfare, development, and performance of the cleaning team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cleaning or cleaning supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
- Experience in supervising and supporting cleaning teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, professional, and capable of working independently.
- Enhanced DBS required.
