We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Rate of Pay: £15.47 per hour

Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Aviva, Maxim Building 8 , Eurocentral, Motherwell, North Lanarkshrire, England ML1 4WQ
Role Responsibilities:Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and developmentDeliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standardEnsure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety proceduresMonitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levelsHandle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
