About the Position

Tidy Tiger Cleaning is growing! We provide residential and commercial cleaning throughout our area, and we’re looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on, active job for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with a team, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty. Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but it isn’t required; we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes and commercial spaces according to company standards
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces throughout each property
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
• Make beds and complete special cleaning tasks when requested
• Safely use cleaning products and equipment
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical work throughout a shift
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and receive feedback
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Availability for weekday daytime hours and some afternoon/evening commercial work

Schedule

Team members typically work 20–30 hours per week, depending on the cleaning schedule and client needs. Because cleaning is physically demanding work, we generally do not schedule traditional 40-hour workweeks.

Residential cleaning is primarily scheduled during weekday daytime hours. As Tidy Tiger expands our commercial services, some afternoon and evening availability will also be needed.

Hours may vary from week to week, with opportunities for additional hours as our client list continues to grow.
