Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for an Active Directory and Exchange Specialist to join our dynamic team in Quantico, Virginia. In this role, you will support a Network Operations Center near Quantico. This is a fully onsite, shift-based role. The candidate will serve as a Systems/Network Administrator, responsible for managing and troubleshooting Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments. This position requires an active Top Secret (TS) clearance and an IAT level III certification. This role is ideal for professionals with strong systems and network administration experience supporting secure, mission-critical environments.

Qualifications:

• 7- 9+ years of strong systems and network administration experience supporting secure, mission-critical environments.
• Active Directory (AD) – Strong experience managing and maintaining AD environments is essential.
• Microsoft Exchange – Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Exchange services is required.
• Systems Administration / Network Administration – General expertise in managing systems and networks, including configurations and support.
• Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance – Candidates must already possess an active TS clearance.
• IAT III Certification – Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M (e.g., CISSP, CASP+, or equivalent) is a mandatory requirement.
