Clerical II
One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks a Clerical II to support our Federal Government client in Washington, DC. As a Clerical II you will assist in the reviewing, maintenance, organization of files, and as follows:
Clerical II Key Responsibilities:
- Provide word processing and data entry/retrieval.
- Type correspondence using MSWord and other word processing software (letter, memo, report, etc.).
- Type forms.
- Generate form letters.
- Merge form letters with mailing lists.
- Apply specialized terminology.
- Schedule appointments.
- Perform on-line data update and verification of existing records.
- Perform on-line creation of new record.
- Perform on-line modification of records to correct mis-keyed or mis-related data.
- Print predetermined management reports.
- Answer inquiries regarding case-related information as maintained in the database.
Clerical II Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Must be eligible to receive a Public Trust
- Must be able to work on-site at work location
- Obtain at least 1+ years of filing and administrative experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
