A rare opportunity is available for a Clerical In Charge to lead the day-to-day operations of Lumus Imaging’s state-of-the-art Bloomfield clinic. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to guide a dedicated reception team, support clinical staff and make a meaningful impact on the clinic’s daily operations.This exciting opportunity would suit an experienced office manager ready for a new challenge or a senior clerical team member looking to take the next step into leadership.Key responsibilitiesDrive the efficient day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring operations remain smooth and well coordinated.Lead, support and motivate the reception and administration team to deliver their best.Manage rosters, staff coverage and daily allocation while encouraging ongoing learning and development.Keep patient flow moving by identifying bottlenecks and responding quickly to operational challenges.Take the lead on complex patient enquiries and complaints, providing calm and professional resolutions.Ensure Medicare, DVA, private billing and other essential administrative processes are completed accurately.Coordinate key financial tasks, including the accurate completion of daily banking.Develop positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues, referrers and other key stakeholders.Promote consistent compliance with clinic procedures, privacy obligations and professional standards.About youA proven ability to lead, motivate and bring out the best in people.Clear, confident and engaging communication skills.Exceptional organisational skills and confidence in managing systems and workflows.Experience in healthcare or radiology would be highly regarded.Opportunities like this are rare.
