Field Marketing Specialist is the face of our company with our national partners. Through education, training, and collaboration, the Re-Bath Field Marketing Specialist increases engagement from store associates, which leads to increased lead generation and sales. In addition to building a strong relationship with our partner stores, the Field Marketing Specialist makes a lasting positive impression with everyone they meet.

Qualifications:

• Communications background - must be able to convey an effective message with every touch, be a high quality trainer, and understand industry terminology
• Highly Collaborative
• Trade Show, Lead Generation, or Event Planning experience
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management system and Google Suite Services
• Valid License, Insurance, clean driving record

Job Duties:

• Teach and educate store employees at partner locations
• Plan and participate in store appreciation events
• Build a first name basis relationship with store management
• Communicate upcoming promotions, sales, and changes in the business to stores
• Identify key lead generation employees in stores
• Review store performance on a monthly basis
• Hold Lead Events at high value stores
• Represent Re-Bath at regional or district level meetings
• Represent Re-Bath in trade shows, home shows, and similar events
• Restock brochures and promotional materials, ensure displays are in satisfactory condition
• Report to production on any partner store needs
