What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the client relationship.
When a client has a problem, the Account Manager should not simply forward an email to another department and consider the task completed.
The Account Manager is expected to determine what is needed, coordinate with the appropriate team, track the issue, and ensure the client receives a resolution.
Our goal is for every AdvantixxRCM client to know exactly who to contact when they need help.
