About the Role:

As an Client Account Executive (Senior Post avail), you are the vital link between our clients and our creative teams. You'll build strong relationships, ensuring seamless communication and exceeding client expectations at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.

· Project Management: Involved and manage projects from digital marketing to event marketing, Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute impactful advertising campaigns that align with client briefs and budgets.

· Communication:Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

· Presentations:Confidently present campaign ideas and strategies to clients, securing their buy-in and enthusiasm.

· New Business Development: Actively contribute to new business pitches and proposals, showcasing our agency's capabilities and securing new client wins.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 2+ years of account management or client service experience in an advertising agency or related industry. Relevant experience in event and digital marketing are preferred.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· A proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.

· A genuine passion for advertising and a drive to deliver exceptional client service.
