What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in our Honolulu showroom with aloha
- Guide clients through our proven 10-step sales process
- Drive sales growth through daily client outreach – make warm calls, follow up with leads, and generate referrals and repeat business (consistent participation = consistent success)
- Manage client orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prospect new business through referrals, networking, and inbound leads
- Collaborate with Production, Operations, and other departments
- Stay current on product knowledge and maintain showroom displays
- Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (flooring/home improvement a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma or GED required; degree a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays
