As a Client and Markets Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, taking ownership of projects to validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies to manage enterprise risks in a dynamic business environment
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks effectively
- Leading teams in the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of risk management projects
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
- Utilizing Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) frameworks to address contractual risk mitigation
- Engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and escalate issues when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to regulatory guidelines
- Encouraging learning agility and skill development beyond comfort zones
- Reviewing work to deepen team members' skills and knowledge in risk management
- Implementing risk models to identify and mitigate potential impacts on organizational objectives

- Responsible for managing and embedding the Clients & Markets first line risk management framework

What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proven capability to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that optimize risk processes, strengthen decision-making, and drive operational excellence through improved efficiency, quality, and consistency
