Client Care Manager
Bedford, TX | Home Care Leadership Role
We're seeking an experienced Client Care Manager to help oversee client care, support caregivers, and ensure exceptional service for seniors and their families. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines field visits, client admissions, care planning, and caregiver support.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. You'll spend time in the community meeting with clients, conducting supervisory visits, completing assessments, and helping our team deliver outstanding care.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare supervisory or management experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Tarrant County area
- CNA, LVN, or prior home care experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete client assessments and admissions
- Develop and update individualized service plans
- Conduct supervisory and quality assurance visits
- Support, coach, and mentor caregivers
- Build relationships with clients and families
- Assist with problem-solving and service coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation
