Dori is the full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software platform for commercial real estate loan brokers. One platform, the whole desk, first file to closed loan. We're a tight team growing fast, and we're looking for the person every client will call theirs.
*Who you are*
* You're warm, plain and simple. People just feel better after talking to you, and you genuinely like making someone's day a little easier.
* You speak and write fluent English. You're clear and confident on the phone, on video and in writing, and you can make something complicated sound simple.
* You treat every client like they're your only one. You remember the little details, you cheer for their wins, and they always know you've got their back.
* You own it. If a client has a problem, it's your problem until it's solved, even when someone else is doing the fixing.
* You do what you say you'll do. Promises kept, dates met, notes written down. People can count on you, and they know it.
* You get ahead of things. You check in before anyone has to ask, even if all you can say is "I'm still on it."
* You're curious. You like figuring out how things work, software included, and you love sharing what you've learned.
* You stay calm when things get bumpy. When something breaks right before a deadline, you take a breath, sort it out, and keep the client feeling looked after.
* You keep things organized. You can juggle lots of people and moving pieces without letting anything slip through the cracks.
* You notice what could be better. You spot the small things that would delight someone, and you're happy to speak up with ideas.
* You show up like you mean it. On time (which really means a little early), and proud of how you take care of people.

Hospitality pro, elementary school teacher, or anyone from a customer-service background: if looking after people is your thing, you're who we want to meet. No specific industry experience required; we'll teach you the rest.
*What you'll do*
* Be the one person every client knows. Learn their deals, pick up the phone, and call back fast.
* Get new clients up and running. Make onboarding so smooth that the first thing they think is "that was easy."
* Keep everyone in the loop. Share updates before they're asked for, and answer every message quickly.
* Make clients' days better. Celebrate their wins, and turn any miss into a win.
* Speak up. Flag issues early, share your ideas, and keep clear notes on every client.
