Client Experience Concierge
At HAACH, we are dedicated to providing top-tier beauty and wellness treatments. We are looking for a warm, organized, and polished Client Experience Concierge to be the face of our brand and ensure every client feels pampered from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You Will Do:
Be the First Impression: Warmly welcome and check in clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Manage the Schedule: Expertly handle appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling via phone, email, and in-person.
Coordinate the Flow: Work closely with our beauty specialists to keep appointments running smoothly and on time.
Handle Transactions: Process payments accurately and assist clients with purchasing retail beauty products.
Maintain the Space: Keep the reception and waiting areas looking beautiful, clean, and inviting at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
A naturally friendly, elegant, and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or a salon/spa setting is a huge plus.
A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry!
- 5 branches around Singapore, all are located near MRT
- 6 days off per month
- Work retail hours, no OT required
