Client Experience Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates client and guest experiences in a corporate office, managing bookings, meeting rooms, and events while ensuring high hospitality standards.
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a front of house superstar to join the Colliers team. We are seeking a motivated guest services professional who is confident in creating positive first impressions and delivering excellent client experiences for our internal and external clients.
This role is based on site, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, in our award-winning, waterfront Auckland CBD premises.
The value you'll add
- Provide an exemplary standard of service to our clients and guests
- Provide a hospitality service for meetings and events
- Manage bookings and prepare meeting rooms
- Assist with company functions, internal training sessions, and conferences
- Assist the wider marketing team as needed
- Prepare marketing collateral for internal and external events
- Exposure to or Events Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Hospitality or guest services experience would be an advantage
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport
