A legal and corporate services firm is seeking a highly organised Client Experience Events Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of internal and client meetings and events. The role involves coordinating room setups, catering, technology, visitor access and logistics to ensure professional, welcoming spaces for clients and colleagues. You’ll act as a key point of contact for organisers, respond to changing requirements, resolve issues quickly and work closely with Reception, Hospitality, AV, Facilities and Security teams. Ideal for someone with strong customer service or client‑facing experience who thrives in a fast‑paced corporate environment, communicates confidently and enjoys managing multiple requests at once. Strong organisation, IT skills, professionalism and a solutions‑focused approach are essential.
