Client Experience Manager

Requirements

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and feedback.
  

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
  

• Coordinate and facilitate smooth client onboarding for Zoho products and services.
  

• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Zoho products and services.
  

• Handle all client communication professionally via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  

• Coordinate internally with sales, implementation, and support teams for client requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success.
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  

• Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
