We're Social Booth – Australia's most memorable photobooth experience.
But we're not just here to snap pics. We're hospitality-first, service-obsessed, and proudly powered by a small, passionate crew. We build permanent install photobooths in pubs and clubs that are beautifully designed and based on reliable tech.
We're looking for another person to join our growing team of technical support coordinators.
Your Role
You'll be our first-responder and backend wrangler. You'll manage inboxes, visit client locations, upkeep photobooths for tech and cleaning, monitor booths remotely, and jump in when tech issues need solving — all while delivering a level of service that feels human, friendly, and reliable.
What You'll Do
Respond to client messages and emails with warmth and professionalism
Visit venues, clean booths and apply technical solutions.
Learn and manage our booth monitoring software and backend systems
Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate as needed
To learn and maintain our software and hardware requirements so issues can be constantly fixed on the go as required.
Keep fault logs and event documentation updated
Coordinate with our events and ops team before and during activations
Use digital tools to support backend admin and logistics
Visit venues to resolve technical or hardware issues (when required)
Assist with booth installs and learn the technical side of setup
Required Availability
YOUR ROSTER
Full-time, five 8-hour shifts a week. Tuesday and Saturday off every week.
Monday: 2pm to 10pm
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: 8am to 4pm
Thursday: 8am to 4pm
Friday: alternates week to week
Week 1: 5pm to 1am
Week 2: 8am to 4pm
Saturday: off
Sunday: 2pm to 10pm
Fridays rotate with another member of the team, so you will do a Friday night one week and a Friday day shift the next.
The 8am starts are for checking and rebooting booths across Sydney before venues open. You are the team's first line on reboots and tech checks.
The whole tech team meets online every Wednesday at 2:30pm.

Are confident with computers and pick up new software quickly
Are a people person.
Happy getting your hands dirty and going out to venues & interacting with customers.
Demonstrate intermediate-level computer and technical skills with the ability to confidently learn new software systems
Understand basic computer programming/coding language
Are confident with AI
Are a great communicator, especially over email and chat
Enjoy problem-solving and staying cool under pressure
Have experience in admin, events, hospitality or tech support
Are Melbourne-based and able to work onsite when needed
Love a mix of solo work and collaborative team energy
Have experience with any kind of coding, software development or html (not necessary but ideal)
